HISTORYThe house is situated at 745 The Esplanade and was demolished in 1997. It was probably built in the 1920’s or 30’s.
DESCRIPTIONWhite painted weatherboard house, with blue corrugated roof and front verandah supported by four cylindrical pillars resting on square brick posts. There are four concrete steps leading to the front verandah and the central front door is flanked on each side by a sash window. A red striped awning is hanging crookedly on one side of the verandah. There is a rough lawn and driveway on left side. The house and garden look in need of maintenance.
