HISTORY

Mr George S. Frean owned and ran a timber yard and building business in Barkly Street Mornington during the 1920’s and 30’s. This image was thought to have been taken around 1929.

DESCRIPTION

Wooden weather board building with skillion roof. Door at front and side of building. Name of the owner and business painted on the front facing weather boards, “G.S. FREAN TIMBER MERCHANTS BATHS STOVES TROUGHS & AGENT FOR A.B PAINTS”. Troughs , seat, boxes and roller are outside the front and side of the building.
