HISTORY

The Peninsula Post has an advert on the 14th October 1953 for an auction of this house and land on October 17th. It states Lot 4, land 113feet x 150feet. This house was moved to a new site in Mount Martha in 2000.

DESCRIPTION

Cream weather board house with white timber trim,and a red tiled roof. There are three rendered arches across the front of the house. There is an extension added to the left side of the house as you view it, with an awning. There is a real estate “For Sale” notice, marked “Sold “to the right.side of the photograph.
