HISTORY

Frederick Linley was President of the Progress Association which worked in harmony with the Council to assist it in the task of maintaining the foreshore in the early 1900’s. This Point is also known as Fisherman’s Point.

DESCRIPTION

To the left of the photograph is a cliff, and at the foot of the cliff is a beach. There is a group of people on the beach, and a beach hut can be seen. A small rowboat is shown on the water, carrying 3 people.
