HISTORY

Old Jack was a part Aborigine and returned WWI soldier. He worked for the Downwards on their properties between Mornington and Balnarring and also trapped rabbits and foxes.

DESCRIPTION

Old double fronted dark weather board house with corrugated iron roof and bull-nosed verandah. A man is seated on the front verandah with his feet on one of three steps to the front yard.
