HISTORY

Herbert Downward was a Committee Member of the Pakenham Racing Club 1926 to 1954 and a Life Member. Horse racing was a major interest and he was also a Life Member of the Mornington Racing Club. This is a photograph of his Life Member’s badge.

DESCRIPTION

A bronze medallion hanging from a bar by a short chain. The medallion has a carved laurel leaf border around a horse’s head in relief.
