HISTORY

Competitions between regional Fire Brigades were held regularly over many years and rotated annually around the various towns. When in Mornington they were held in Mornington Park where there is a training track and water tower. This series of photographs was probably taken in the post war years.This image shows the competition which involves handling the fire hose and tower. hose
