HISTORYThe RSL Club moved from the Mechanics Institute on Main Street to a building on former residential land in Tanti Avenue. (Date of move and further History to be determined)
DESCRIPTIONA plain rectangular building with a wide glass area marking the entrance. There are three square shaped windows on the left and the right wall is masked by trees but presumably has similar windows. The walls are rendered in a fawn colour. There are three flag poles between the side driveway and front lawn. One flies the Australian flag and the other is not easily identifiable. There appears to be a building at the end of the driveway but tree foliage is hiding all but a roof. There is a low front fence with two signs - one advertises a Tabaret and the other a Club Bistro. A large sign on the front lawn also advertises the Tabaret. A garden bed lies behind the fence. A corner of the adjacent property has a low white picket fence and there is a mature Eucalypt tree on the road verge.
