A double fronted white house with a trio of casement windows on each side of the main entrance and a second floor room with similar windows is set in the tiled roof. The front door opens from a verandah which is defined by slim, white pillars and approached from the driveway by a set of terracotta steps. The driveway in front is spanned by a portico of similar white pillars.

The house was the home of a friend of Joan Downward, Miss Grey-Smith who was active in the local Mornington community.
