HISTORY

The house,built in 1954 at 24 Herbert Street Mornington, was the home of Harry and Joan Downward He is a descendent of Alfred Downward, a prominent man in a pioneering Mornington Peninsula family. His wife Joan had the role of historian of the Downward family and was the donor of the family photographic collection.
