A main window to the left has a square of clear glass central to surrounding small glazed windows in squares and rectangles. A second story is set back from the edge of the ground floor. A semicircle room extends forward on the right. It has a flat roof and is walled with curtained windows.A few shrubs frame the house.

HISTORY

This is the home of Councillor Morell, born in 1910, who served the North Riding of the Mornington Shire Council from 1949 until 1972. He was Shire President in 1965. His father, Sir Stephen Morell, was a former Lord Mayor of Melbourne.
