A rectangular shaped building which has been constructed of red stone around the base and lathe and plaster exterior walls painted in an ochre colour. The roof is a simple skillion shape made from corrugated iron. There is a door at one end and a series of windows and doors along the front face. There is a shadow of palm tree fronds in the upper right hand corner.
