HISTORY

The site was of the Mornington Hotel from 1858 for ten years when the license was transferred to Main Street The property was renamed Wolfdene and used as a school, other owners include Col. William Wilson and former Shire President Ron Fallaw

DESCRIPTION

This photograph shows a wedding party in the driveway at Wolfdene. It consists of the bride and groom and 3 bridesmaids, and 3 groomsmen. The women are carrying large bouquets. The bride has an ankle length long white gown, and each of the bridesmaids appears to be wearing ankle length gowns of different colours. The bridesmaids are wearing cloche hats, and the bride a circlet of white flowers. The men are wearing dark 3 piece suits with white stand up collars and white ties.
