There was a period from December 1967 onwards when the shops in Main Street, were renovated, demolished, or built. This appears to be a part of that work.

DESCRIPTION

This shows a red brick wall at the back of a shop, and in the foreground are some metal grills, and sand. There are some building works in progress.
