DESCRIPTION

View from front of building. Shows some employees and customers, four-wheeled cart with lady passenger. Group said to include William Watson and Jack Foran. Note attached to photo says it was taken from "White House". (This was a guest house on the opposite side of Ocean Beach Road - later destroyed by fire- owned by Charles Haslett who was a photographer, so probably the photo was taken by him.)
