HISTORY

Somers 1974. Sailors, Doug Flemming and Stephen Harris, who came across from Tasmania in a 14 ft dinghy, arriving in Somers at 4am. On a second such attempt the skipper lost his life.

DESCRIPTION

Two men dressed in warm casual clothes, one has his shoes off, sitting near a room heater. they are relaxing with mugs of hot beverage. The older, bearded man is in an armchair, the other is sitting on a chair holding up a yacht rope reel.
