The Bivens lived it one time in Balnarring on the ’ Chatsworth Park’property. Elsie Biven married Tom Cole of Merricks Their home ‘Larnoo” (corner Frankston Flinders and Merricks Roads) was a gift from GT Cole, Tom’s father, for Tom and his bride.
