HISTORY

Balnarring 1920s. Plan of ‘Tulum Sands’ subdivision. the plan was handed down to Julie and dog Drouitt from Julie’s father, Bruce Allen, who was a salesman for the subdivision. The Esplanade was only ever a sand track and never used by vehicles.
Fauconshawe St was the thoroughfare as it had a bridge (now a pipe) on the creek.
This subdivision is an extension to the earlier ‘Tulum Beach’ subdivision of early 20th century (c.1909)
