Print of a photograph taken before 1895. The building has a picket fence and also a post and rail fence some feet beyond that.

View of pier from (tower of??) Sorrento Hotel. "Weeroona" (left) and "Hygeia" (right) berthed. Probably pre-1920.

Early postcard of the main street (Ocean Beach Road), Sorrento. Shows Continental Hotel, Baker's and Butcher's shops, 2 cabs and 3early motor vehicles. Several sheoaks, some in centre of the road and some beyond the Continental. 1920s. (Photos. 722, 835 are now included in this number.

'The "Hygeia" in at the Pier'Print of an early phtotaken from tram terminus (?) of 'Hygeia' berthed at Sorrento Pier c. 1895 (?). a notice reads: 'Tram, Single 6d., Return 9d.'

Fairly old photograph of the pier with 'Hygeia' (?) berthed. Only one or two people on the pier so probably this photo was taken shortly after midday.
