A View from Grand Hotel, MorningtonThis shows a a view of the railway with some rolling stock, and a platform with numerous barrels. It shows paddocks, some with small holdings, and chickens. It looks out over Port Philip Bay. There are a few buildings to the left of the photo, these appear to be on the Esplanade overlooking the sea. Sutton Grange can be seen, and the Convent building in Tanti Avenue.

Sutton GrangeThis photograph shows a grand three storey brick building, with a central tower. It has an arched verandah to the ground floor, with a central arched entry. The roof appears to be slate with a large chimney. There are steps up leading to the main entry. There are sash windows, with a decorative white brick design around each one. There are trees surrounding the house.
