Hastings Seafarers Centre : dedication and opening, October 17th 1992This group offers support and advice to the crews of Australian and overseas ships docking at Hastings. Included with the booklet is an invitation from the State Council of the Missions to Seamen Victoria to Mr and Mrs A. Woodley to attend the dedication. The dedication was made by Dr Keith Rayner, Anglican Archbishop of Melbourne
