Mornington House, 780-781 Esplanade (Demolished)This shows a large attractive weather board house of one storey. It has a metal roof. The main entrance in the centre has a portico, with brick pillars on either side. It has two chimneys. There is a wire fence along the front, with white wooden posts. There is a black car parked in front of the house to the right, and a woman and child walking along the pavement to the left of the photo.
