HISTORY

Handmade by Thomas Brown during his apprenticeship in a blacksmith's shop in Fifeshire, Scotland, c1870. Donated by his son Thomas Brown, Bennett Street, Bittern.

DESCRIPTION

Circular shallow cast iron frying pan with pouring lip and semi-circular handle which has a ring over the pouring lip. The handle is attached by metal screws.
