DESCRIPTION

Etched glass whiskey dispenser on a wide base. The inscription consists of a triangle in which are 9 circles with initials, a banner containing the manufacturer's name and a smaller triangle with the manufacturer's initials. Around the triangle are the words "very old special scotch whiskey D.C.L. brand" "gold medal" "Edinburgh EXbn 1886". Lid and spigot missing.
