Presumably used by one of the residents in Hastings as a decorative container for holding either personal belongings or condiments.

DESCRIPTION

Circular clear glass dish with scalloped or fluted sides, the rim of which is decorated with small fine beading. The dish stands on three small rounded and decorated feet.
