HISTORY

Souvenir bowl originated in England and at some stage arrived in Hastings, Australia

DESCRIPTION

Small ceramic glazed sugar bowl with fluted rim. Bands of colour around exterior of bowl are brown, beige,green and blue, the interior is beige. Embedded onto bowl is a picture of a sailing boat. Inscription, “Hastings Be aisy with tha sugar”. Number on base 159. Makers stamp illegible.
